Kwara United Has Been Relegated

On Friday, November 27, government of Kwara state dissolved the management and technical crew of Kwara United.

According to the available information, Ibrahim Bako from ministry of sports has been appointed to take charge of the team’s affairs till a new board will be put in place.

Africanfootball reports that Kwara United secured promotion to the NPFL at the end of 2014 Nigeria National League (NNL) season, but make an instant return to the NNL at the end of the just concluded NPFL season.

The team was placed 18th with 42 points from 38 matches.
