A terrorist attack in the French Capital, Paris, has left scores of people dead and several others injured.
The victims were killed and injured in multiple gun and bomb attacks by members of the jihadist sect, Islamic State (ISIS)

People have been advised to stay indoors, as troops have been dispatched to some areas. All the borders are closed.
Francois Hollande, the French president attended the concert hall shortly after the attack ended. A state of emergency has been declared, as Hollande has termed the attack an act of war.
Over a hundred and fifty-eight people lost their lives in the attack. Some barely escaped the hostage situation by a hairs breath.
Several gunmen opened fire with Kalashnikov rifles at the Petit Cambodge restaurant in the 11th district, leaving many dead and others injured.
The ambulance services had a filled day, having to rush many who were severely injured to the hospital
French fire brigade members gave assistance to injured people near the concert hall.
There were police officials lined outside of the stadium following explosions in the area.
Fans got into the centre of the pitch, following blasts just out the stadium.
Another attack took place near the Stade de France stadium, where France were playing Germany at football

There was great pandemonium as the attacks took place almost simultaneously.
Following the Paris attack, one World Trade Center (WTC) in New York, was lit with the colours of the French flag as a sign of solidarity.
In reaction to the sad event, President Obama said: “We stand prepared and ready to provide whatever assistance the people of France need.”
