In Osun: House of Assembly minority leader dies at 48

The minority leader of the Osun State House of Assembly, Honourable Samson Dejo Makinde, reportedly died yesterday, December 27.

News reports have revealed that the minority leader of the Osun State House of Assembly, has reportedly died at the age of 48.

The minority leader of the Osun State House of Assembly, Honourable Samson Dejo Makinde, reportedly died yesterday, December 27.

Honourable Makinde is said to have been battling with an undisclosed ailment at a private hospital in Ekiti state, before his death at age 48.

Sources close to the family have revealed that Honourable Makinde represented Ife Central Constituency in the state assembly, and had been suffering from the ailment for a while before his death.

The corpse has been deposited at the Ekiti State Teaching Hospital morgue till the time of the burial.
