Leonardo DiCarpio: Actor's look to 'The Revenant' movie premier

The 41 year old veteran actor looked impressive as always in a black suit over a classic crisp white dress and patterned grey tie while his co-star 38 years old Tom Hardy opted for a three piece suit along with a grey dress with a white collar and tie.

The Oscar buzz surrounding Leonardo DiCaprio’s next film ‘The Revenant’ was on all time high when the Hollywood star along with director Alejandro G. Iñárritu and their whole cast hit the red carpet for the premiere of The Revenant in Los Angeles on Wednesday Night.

The 41 year old veteran actor looked impressive as always in a black suit over a classic crisp white dress and patterned grey tie while his co-star 38 years old Tom Hardy opted for a three piece suit along with a grey dress with a white collar and tie.

The Revenant being primarily a male dominated cast, had Grace Dove who is one of the few female stars in the film at the gala event. She impressed everyone with a shiny blue long sleeved midi dress which was well complemented by a pair of even shinier silver heels.

The film is inspired by true events and is based on the plot of an expedition in 1823 in the uncharted American wilderness, where explorer and fur trapper Hugh Glass (played by Leonardo) is mauled by a bear and then left to die by his hunting team. The film follows Glass’s struggle to survive in the harsh winter and seek vengeance on the people who left him to die and murdered his young Native-American son.

The film is to be released on 8 January next year in the United States with a limited release opening scheduled for Christmas Day. It will be exciting to see whether the Titanic star gets his due Oscar this time for the movie.
