Star Wars: 'The Force Awakens' cast fly to London premiere on R2-D2 plane

Although, the R2 D2 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner doesn't typically fly the LA/London route, an exception was made for the cast.

What better way is there for the 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' cast to arrive the London premiere of the movie than aboard an R2-D2 plane?

Earlier in the year, Japan's All Nippon Airways unveiled the first R2-D2 plane in partnership with Star Wars and Lucasfilm.

It was on these wheels that the Star Wars cast made the trip from Los Angeles to London.

Although, the R2 D2 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner doesn't typically fly the LA/London route, an exception was made for the cast.
