If prolific Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo did not get telecommunication endorsement deal he has gotten a bigger one from his home state government Kwara state.
The law graduate turned actor who is the son of veteran Nollywood actor Otunba Adebayo Salami popular known as Oga Bello took to his Instagram timeline to announce his political appointment. He was named a special adviser to Kwara state governor on Arts, Culture and Tourism on Monday, February 22. Expressing his gratitude to God and seeking his fans support he wrote: “Today i was appointed as Special Assistant( SA) to the Kwara State Governor,on Arts,Culture and Tourism 😘🙌😆.Thank God 4 an opportunity 2 transform my state into a foremost tourist state that will attract foreign and domestic tourist .My fans i need ur support. Leave me not.💪😘”
During the last Valentine Day celebration, while many were out there celebrating with their lovers, Femi Adebayo went on the street of Lagos to show love to his fans. He took special interest in dedicated Lagos state Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) and Lagos state Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) staff.
Meanwhile, Femi Adebayo’s father Otuba Adebayo Salami was in Ilorin the Kwara state capital alongside other actors on the set of popular television series Spider. Other actors on the set with him are Yemi Solade, Muyiwa Ademola and others. Salami was still in Ilorin when his son was named a special adviser.
