Former vice president, Atiku Abubakar launched the Technology Enhanced Learning for All (TELA) yesterday, February 1 in Yola, Adamawa State. TELA is an American University of Nigeria project sponsored by USAID that will teach basic literacy and numeracy to vulnerable children.
