What you need:

  • 1 banana

  • 5 strawberries, hulled

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup cold milk

  • 1 drop red food coloring (optional)

Directions:

Combine the banana, strawberries, cinnamon, milk, and food coloring in a blender; blend until smooth; serve immediately.
