"Nolly Thursday": Stephanie Linus headlines 4th edition (photos)

AMVCA "best overall movie." winner Stephanie Linus headlined this weeks edition of "Nolly Thursday"

The fourth edition of the Nolly Thursday held yesterday 10 March, 2016 at the Genesis Deluxe Cinemas

The guest for this weeks edition was Stephanie Linus, whose directorial debut "Dry," recently won the 2016 AMVCA "best overall movie." 

Stephanie Linus started her acting career as a teenager in 1997 when she starred in two Nollywood movies,"Compromise 2"  and "Waterloo."

'Dry' tells the story of Halima, a teenager who had to endure a life not designed for a child: to be married to a man who was more than four times her age.

The weekly which has been described as the new Industry Night" for the Nigerian film industry geared towards promoting and celebrating Nollywood movies (old and new) in the cinema saw celebrities in attendance including Folarin Falana (Falzthebahdguy)  the host for the night, Kelechi Amadi Obi, amongst others.

Nolly Thursdays will air on TrybeTv(GoTVngCh.97)  by 5:30pm and ONTV(UHF Ch.41, GoTV Ch.96) by 7:30pm
