Rihanna: Singer's 'Anti World Tour' suffers poor ticket sales

In order to promote her newly released 'Anti' album, Rihanna launched her 'grandest' live show to date -- the 'ANTI World Tour' this month backed by Samsung who pumped in a whopping $25 million but sadly, the ticket sales is not reflective of her fame nor resources put into production.

 

New reports say the 'Diamond' singer has teamed up with her  camp to give free tickets out to fans with the hope that by doing so, the empty seats will be filled.

Close sources to the singer claim Rihanna was forced to temporarily pull the plug on several shows in UK after low ticket sales dominated the process. Now she's learned that the show is in serious trouble in the US. Will she cancel dates on this new tour too?

Unfortunately, even as ‘Work’ sits atop the Billboard Hot 100, none of the shows she has lined up have sold out prompting the radio platform Power 105.1 to make the following observation: "How can it be that the number-one artist on the charts cannot sell out her shows in Florida at the height of Spring Break?"
