See what these people were spotted doing in Lagos (photos, video)
About two-years ago, the insurgent Boko Haram sect attacked a government boarding school in Borno state, taking hostage over 200 hundred girls who had gone to take exams.
Two years afterwards, so much has been said and heard regarding the issue of the whereabouts of the girls now dubbed Chibok girls. The answers to the manifold questions are sketchy, but the people will not let this case go without having the girls returned.
It is in this light that many Lagosians joined the peaceful march in commemoration of the anniversary of the tragic event.
Below are photos of how the march in demand of the Chibok Girls release was carried out in Lagos state.

Meanwhile, following the emergence of a new video in which some of the Chibok girls were seen lately, some troubling news suggests that five of the girls have been killed accidentally in raids carried out by the Nigerian army.
In the same vein, Pogu Bitrus, the chairman of the Chibok Community Development Association, has said that at least 14 of the Chibok girls’ parents have died without seeing their girls alive. However, Enoch Mark, one of the parents of the abducted Chibok girls, says they have lost faith in the ability of President Muhammadu Buhari to save their daughters.
The presidency has reacted in the light of the new video and the anniversary of the abduction in Chibok town; casting doubts on when the over 219 Chibok girls will be reunited with their parents.
