Yemi Alade: Singer reveals she is now dating

The singer has been linked with dating rumours with top entertainment figures such as Phyno, Alex Ekubo and Taiye Aliyu.

Afro pop singer, Yemi Alade, has opened up on her relationship status by revealing in a recent interview that she is in a relationship.

Alade made this disclosure in her chat with Entertainment Magazine. She also stated that she prefers to keep relationship private.

 

When asked if she is in a relationship, she said, “Yes, I am in a relationship, but I prefer to keep it private, no too much talk about it.”

“Besides, who I’m dating doesn’t put money in anyone’s account, so?”

Alade however did not reveal the identity of her lover, supposedly for the obvious reason of keeping things quiet.

The singer has been linked with some potential relationships in recent times. She was rumoured to be dating the likes of Phyno, Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo and her manager, Taiye Aliyu.

Yemi Alade came to become a star after emerging as the winner of the 2009 Peak Talent Show.

 

Her album, "Mama Africa" is also doing well. In March 2016, the album became the most pre-ordered African album on iTunes.
