Blake Lively stepped out on the red carpet  at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival to promote Woody Allen's latest film, Cafe Society, with the director and co-star Kristen Stewart. The 28-year-old actress wore a low-cut neckline red jumpsuit by Juan Carlos Obando that showed a hint of her baby bump. The actress is expecting her second child with husband Ryan Reynolds.
