Real Madrid have won this year's champions league after winning rivals Atletico Madrid 5-3 on penalties after extra time which ended 1-1.

Atletico Madrid were the better team during the night and even missed a penalty by star man Antoinne Griezzman but Cristiano Ronaldo dispatched the last penalty kick of the game to send Atletico crashing out.
