A man, Michael William Henson has been been arrested by police in the US and is facing charges of indecency after allegedly having sex with a parked van in Dayton, Ohio.

A witness reported thirty-five-year-old Henson to the police after seeing him attempt to have sex with the front grill of a van parked on the street.

According to Huffington Post, police officers, who were responding to a call on Tuesday, August 16 evening found the suspect wearing only a pair of black shorts and black shoes and was taken into custody.

The witness said she saw Henson pull down his shorts and then put his genitals into the front grill of a red van parked on the side of the road and she called the police when he passed out in the front yard near the van.

Officers who questioned Henson after he was arrested said he appeared to be intoxicated.

Henson was booked on public indecency charges and taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where he remained on $2,500 bond until his arraignment on Wednesday, August 17, according to the Dayton Daily News.
