Man names his dog after Delta state governor, explains why (photos)

A Facebook user, Opuowei Brisbe, has named his dog after Delta sttae governor, Ifeanyi Okowa. 

 

According to Brisbe, he named his dog after the governor because they both have same set of teeth. See his post below:
