BH: SEE The Faces Of Over 500 Nigerians Who Returned From Chad Last Night (PHOTOS)
Over 500 Nigerian refugees have returned to Nigeria from Chad.
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) received the returnees last night.
NEMA announced this this on its Twitter handle, sharing some photos of the refugees on their return.

Chad has been a major military ally with Nigeria in the fight against Boko Haram insurgency.

Following Boko Haram insurgency in parts of the country, some Nigerians fled to neigbouring countries like Cameroon, Niger and Chad.
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) revealed that 160,000 Nigerians have left the north east region of Nigeria to seek refuge in neighbouring countries.
In May 2015, Niger Republic deported more than 3,000 Nigerians, claiming the action was necessary to curb the foray of Boko Haram into the country.
