The battle for the crown is closing in, contestants for the Miss Grand Nigeria (MGN) beauty pageant which is holding today, September 11, 2015 are in a frenzy mood.

The excitement about who wears the crown among the 15 bevies of beauty contesting is high.
Weird on air personality (OAP) Denrele Edun is said to anchor of the red carpet of the beauty pageant holding at the Orchid hotel and event centre, Lekki, Lagos.

Meanwhile, a winner seems to have emerged in the peoples choice award of MGN. Topping the winners chart is Victoria Okafor representing Abia State who has 5,338 votes with Theresa Nwagulu representing Anambra is following closely with 5,153 votes.

Newly married Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has been selected as one of the judges of the Miss Grand Nigeria (MGN).

Others on the judges list are Olisa Adibua media consultant and On Air Personality, Shola Balogun CEO Shola studios, Shyam Sundryani National Manager Power House, Kiss Mix and Miss Loveth Ajufor pageant director, ex-beauty queen and etiquette coach of the pageant.
