Now You Can Fight Stress and Physical Discomfort with Mere Drawing
Modern world hides all kinds of stressors at every corner. People fight them any way they can: some do yoga and meditate, some ask for help of a psychologist and some people drown their stress in a glass of whisky or the like. But there is also a weapon against stress that requires less effort, time and money, and it is art therapy.
For each emotional, mental and physical state there is a particular ‘art prescription’: you draw a specific object or create something with your hands depending on what you feel or what condition you want to overcome or fall in to.
So, get some pencils, paints, crayons or whatever you’d love to draw with and start a peaceful war against everything that brings you down!
