Size does matter to women, but we are not talking about the penis.

Research has shown that women are more likely to sleep with taller guys.

In the study of more than 60,000 people, scientists found that men who were shorter than what they deemed “average” (5’8” to 5’10”) reported one to three fewer total partners than guys with a greater stature.

According to  Menshealth, Women consistently report a preference for relatively taller men in survey studies and when looking at online dating profiles.

The reason might be an evolutionary one. Back in the day, cave-dwelling ladies may have preferred tall mates. Good height suggested good health, and women thought towering men offered more resources and better protection for their children.

Today, research shows people also perceive taller men as more dominant, which may be a turn-on for some women. 

This is great news if you’re 6’2”, but shorter guys don’t have to despair.
