President Buhari arrives France amidst bad weather condition (Photos)
President Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, arrived at Strasbourg France ahead of his address at the Plenary Session of the European Union.

This was disclosed on the Facebook page of the special adviser on media and publicity to the President, Femi Adesina.
The President was received by Minister for Budget & National Planning Sen. Udoma Udo Udoma, Nigerian Ambassador to France Amb. H.O. Suleiman, Minister for Foreign Affairs Geoffrey Enyeama, Deputy Governor Al-Assas Region H.E. Mohamed Saadallah and Head Protocol European Union Monikka Strasser.
President Buhari commenced an official visit to France and Britain on Tuesday, February 2, 2016. The President will stop first at Strasbourg, France, and address a special session of the European Union Parliament on Wednesday, February 3. The session is expected to be attended by members of the executive and legislative arms of the Union.

In a statement issued on Monday, February 1, by the President’s spokesman, Buhari will also hold talks with the President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz and the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker before departing Strasbourg for London to join other world leaders at the “Supporting Syria and The Region Conference” slated to hold in the British capital on Thursday, February 4, 2016.
