Vanguard learnt that the presidency could not be reached to confirm the arrest of a body guard to President Muhammadu Buhari, who has been allegedly linked to the Boko Haram terrorist group.

NAIJ.com authoritatively gathered that sources close to the presidency said the issue currently is a security issue and only the National Security Adviser (NSA) could comment on it.

Vanguard further gathered that there are reports that Aminu has been taken into custody by security operatives for interrogation.

Several telephone calls and SMS sent to both presidential media aides, Femi Adesina and Mallam Garba Shehu were not answered or replied even as at 8:35 pm.
