On Tuesday, June 14, 2016, ex-Niger Delta militant leader Chief Ateke Tom added another year. Being a big supporter and investor in the Nigerian entertainment industry, a host of Nigerian entertainers stormed his birthday party.

The birthday shindig was held in Okrika, Rivers state.  like Pete Edochie, Rachel Oniga, Francis Duru, Patience Ozonkwor, Emeka Ani among others were at the event.
